Storyline

When a career in drug smuggling, turned him into a witness to a murder, Anthony Ragno turned informant for the FBI hoping to lower his smuggling sentence. He decided to go on the run. Ragno builds a new life working small pot trafficking systems in the Haitian islands. With elaborate boat swaps and many close calls with local government and the FBI. With a fake name he was back in Florida where success was slowly taken away by an addiction to coke. Ragno was finally caught with a $20 bag and borrowed clothes on his back.
