This Little Fish Brings Great Results ****
20 January 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This show gets better and better. I hope they stop with the time changes and just let it roll.

Tom Selleck is just a natural as Commissioner Regan. His emotional involvement when a child, murdered 25 years before, is found is absolutely phenomenal. Of course, the killer seems to be an obvious fit. It's just amazing to me that it took 25 years to bring the person to justice. That being said, it is wonderfully done and what is also memorable is how Selleck gets the person to eventually confess.

The sidebar case involves the murder of a call-girl. There are fantastic twists here. We see the importance of alibis, intimidation of witnesses, FBI involvement in a non-related manner and that the judge has another sideline.

Terrific show.
