Revolutionary of its time

One of the most progressive movies in the Egyptian film history. I was astonished by the performance of Mervat Amin. She really played the role very well. Rushdy Abbaza also did well and Hind Rostom. It took me a great effort to have access to a version of this movie since Arabic movies like these are hard to find. Some ideas were raised like extramarital marriage, polyamory and naturism. These ideas are hard for the Muslim world to swallow. It was filmed in Beirut, a place known for production of such type of movies during the 1970s. I believe Mervat Amin made one of its best roles in her entire career. She seemed very real and authentic even though the ideas she raised is still controversial today.
