Not a bad show. It presented a pretty balanced story, with interviews not only with Christina, but with Joan's grandson too.
There were some interesting facts left out. For example, it was made to look like Joan took Christina and Christopher out of the school they loved because they wanted to be there instead of with her. However, in Mommy Dearest, Christina tells the story of Joan visiting the school and finding 11-year old Christina in the stable making out with the 16- year old stable boy. I would have yanked my kid out of that school too. But that was Christina changing the story, so I can't fault the show.
Was Joan a great parent? Probably not. But this was one of the better Crawford documentaries.
