Leonard Franklin repeatedly misuses "Executor" to describe his role in the probate of the intestate estate of Duncan Morrow. When someone dies without a will, the person who is responsible for settling the decedent's probate is referred to as the "Administrator."

The character Leonard Franklin refers to Robert's Rules of Courtroom Decorum. There is no such document. Courts are governed by Rules of Criminal (or Civil, as applicable) Procedure.
