Benson
23 June 2012 | by (Peru) – See all my reviews

This is the episode that started with Benson's character development. And what a great episode it was! It was the first time where it was showed that Benson was a way more complex character than I thought. Usually, the "grumpy" characters from cartoons (such as Squidward) don't have the chance to develop their personality in order to don't alter the chemistry existent between the characters. But in "Regular Show", this character received a deeper treatment, making him more likable and interesting, and also without altering the consistency of the series.

From all the episodes focused on Benson, this remains as the best one, starting a good pattern, which sadly was almost completely destroyed by the terrible episode "The Best Burger in the World". Anyway, this is one of those episodes that I could watch over and over again. It's that good.
