Storyline

Jon tells Fleur what he's learned about her father and his mother. He's concluded that no matter how much they may love one another, there is no future for them. Fleur begs her father to visit Irene and make things right but it only makes things worse and Fleur blames her father. Profond gets Winifred to invest her money in the New York stock market and also offers Jon a business opportunity in America. Michael Mont again asks Fleur to marry him, telling her it will be the last time he asks. Fleur accepts and they are married. Irene decides to leave Robin Hill and receives a surprise visitor.
