This Episode is Somewhat Better ***
17 February 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Our retired youth and his wayward women have two daffy dames paying money to date Alan. There are some good laughs here. One by the woman who could be our hero's grandmother and the other who has buried 3 husbands. When another guy enters the picture, the latter woman wants her money back.

Estranged wife Jessica Walter seems to be all right with this occasion. Even Alan comes around to see this as a positive experience.

I guess the underlying theme here is the Florida women and what they will do to get a man.

An underlying criticism of this show and others is the constant joke references to old age and prevailing illnesses. However, this episode was somewhat better than the others which were quite bad.
