Jonathan Fry QC calls Harold Barnes to the stand to question, The Judge assesses the case, The Jury retire for their verdict.
In some ways this is perhaps the most interesting episode so far, and I'll try to elaborate why. This is the first time I've watched the show, and felt like I've been conflicted about the verdict, it does make you think, nothing at all is black and white. If I were there, how would I have found him, The Judge's summary does help.
You get the idea that it wouldn't have been long before Barnes was behind bars for some crime or other.
Harold Barnes made for a very interesting subject, it's the closest someone has come yet to being held in contempt of court.
Great to see Shirley Stelfox, I've always enjoyed her acting style.
8/10.
