Storyline
Character driven costume drama set in a Scottish castle in 1599. One of a closed community of servants, grieving the loss of his wife in childbirth, discovers love poetry in her handwriting addressed to another man. It is a deception engineered by the Mistress of the castle and exposes her role in the trial of Mary, Queen of Scots, a decade before.
