When Susan Sarandon and her daughter (Brit Marling) are working out in the gym, her sweatshirt is off one shoulder. When they get off of the equipment to talk it is on both shoulders, then it immediately is off her shoulder again when the camera switches angles.

When Richard Gere is driving the Mercedes and he dozes off, the car's headlights are not turned on when viewed from the front, but the taillights are clearly visible when the camera angle switches to the rear to view the roll-over.
