Well worth watching.
23 January 2012 | by (Australia) – See all my reviews

I watched this documentary with some trepidation, thinking that it would be some rich boy building and playing with his new toy. I was pleasantly surprised by how much work and personal expense David must have gone to to realise his goal.

I quickly learnt that it wasn't just a matter of strapping a couple of fireworks on your back and hoping for the best but it was, in fact, an incredible feat of engineering even to get this thing off of the ground. I also watched with interest the massive odds that they were up against along the way to ensure the success of the project.

I would recommend this documentary to anybody who has a keen interest in amateur flight and appreciates clever engineering. Some parts may be a little bit of people patting themselves on the back but on the whole, the documentary is well made and well worth watching.
