I'm not sure if I've ever seen a Moroccan film before or this is the very first film from that country. In any case, it made a decent watch. Nothing about the film is really outstanding, but it is a decent story about love, betrayal, greed and murder.
This 14-minute short starts with a beautiful woman leaving a friend's house to meet her boyfriend nearby. Sounds simple so far, but the detailed complex circumstances of the meeting become clearer by the second as this films tells the story about how making the wrong decisions will hurt you in the long run, even if luck, admittedly, plays a huge role here. It also teaches every character and us, as well, how deceitful appearances can be, while we put the puzzle together in watching these non-chronological sequences. I recommend this movie.
