I tried....and failed.

I watch time wasting telly.

I'm happy to admit that I watch reasonably watchable rubbish and in particular, vaguely competitive rubbish telly particularly in the middle of the night. (Insomnia is a pain.)

So I gave this a go.

And I'm sorry I did

I feel that (as the cliche goes ) my licence fee has been thrown away on a seriously self indulgent jolly for people who really don't either need or deserve the gift of this particular jolly.

In parts it genuinely looked like someone had sat and thought 'What can we add next to waste more money'.

The tractor competition made far more sense and was far more watchable.

It's an odd addition to the reality competition portfolio of programmes that BBC usually follows.

Not one for "Petrol heads"

Another load of garbage produced by the BBC. I'll watch anything about cars, even 5th Gear...but not this! I skipped through the latter half of the program and then immediately took it off series-link.

Perhaps if you are a Millennial you might enjoy this weak programming, but as I said in the title not if you are into cars!

This series could be a parody of itself as it tries to be gangsta anf fails miserably. Lame challenges with lame Z+ list celebs. Having to say the show title every 30 secs is tragic whilst trying to come across as down with kids by failing to speak even basic English as thats hard innit. Dire, stick to Grand Tour or old Top Gear which has genuine personailities and natural humour. The series starts with its presenter making assorted gangsta hand signals to a back drop of a selection of truely naff music. All whilst telling the viewer what a petrol head he is and how much he loves adrenalin then cuts to some lame footage which has less adrenalin than a chat with you gran.

Great show and lots of fun. Top Gear for the young without the middle aged clothes and cheesy humour (no offence JC). Really enjoyed every episode and looking forward to seeing many more.
