The old story of a guy driving 2 pals to a bar. Did he know that they were out to rob the place and should he be blamed for the murder which one of the guys perpetrates while he is sitting outside in the car waiting for them to come back?
It's the old story of a faithful father, abandoned by the wife years ago. He claims that his son is a good boy. When the good one opens his fresh mouth to his father, friend and lawyer Nick (Belushi) opens an appropriate mouth to him. The ending is good here with the son showing some redeeming qualities. We see that he lucks out here as there was jury harassment on the part of the Nevada police.
Pete's involvement in the other case involves an Elvis impersonator stealing Elvis collectives. It's a little silly at best with really no meaning.
The show was good, but the other episodes have been better. Note that their young assistant had little to do in this episode.
