Did You Know?

The 'zip gun' rifle has no grooves to spin and stabilize the bullet. This, along with the pipe 'barrel' being 2 to 3 times the size of the .223 bullet would make it impossible to hit the broad side of a barn (or CSI building) from the distance shown. See more »

Lieutenant Horatio Caine: You... are under arrest for solicitation of murder and rape.
Neal Perkins: You have no evidence.
Lieutenant Horatio Caine: I am *loaded* with evidence, my friend.
Neal Perkins: What are you gonna do? You're gonna kill me out here?
Lieutenant Horatio Caine: You know what? Believe me, that's a tempting offer. But for today, I'm going to show you what the next thirty years is going to be like.
Neal Perkins: And how are you gonna do that?

A Sniper With Poor Aim
8 March 2012 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

A man is seen on the ledge of a bridge, appearing ready to jump. A guy sailing toward him starts yelling for the kid to stop. He's trying to talk him out of it. The next thing his boat is being sprayed with bullets, he dives off the boat and is spared (despite a hundred or so shots).

We wind up with two stories: that of the down-and-out kid who was ready to kill himself, and that of the boater and the sniper trying to kill him.

The ending was another politically-correct one, which is getting to be tiresome on some of these CSI shows. There also were no likable nor credible characters in this episode.

One positive: the home-made gun, and how it was put together, was interesting.
