Sex & Nudity

9/10 - frequent full frontal nudity of males and females, including a teenage girl (per storyline).

Frequent fairly graphic sex acts.

In the opening credits, there's a close up of a woman's breasts (this lasts for about 5 seconds)

Violence & Gore

10/10

Brutal scenes of medieval torture shown, including : men hung and joints and body smashed with a mallet until dead, men hung (fully nude) upside down and sawed in half (as shown byblood spatter and horrified onlookers). The gore is not always shown directly but is strongly implied.

Profanity

Fairly frequent use of Sh**, Fu**, and most of the other common swear words.

Alcohol frequently. The drug "vitriola", an addictive mood enhancer. Some smoking occasionally -- pipes.

Very emotional.
