Storyline
The health inspector is due but Roland tells Bib not to worry as he can always be bribed with a bottle of wine. Sadly for Roland,a different inspector calls, Ms. Critch,who takes a dim view of bribes and is not pleased with the state of the kitchen's hygiene. Roland sees the chance to soften her up by claiming to have a brother with Parkinson's Disease,which involves Bib playing along. Hopefully Caroline won't blow it and tell Ms. Critch the truth.
