I expected more from this Edgard Wallace Mystery show written by the famous James Eastwood. I did not know he made scripts for UK stuff. Unless it is another James Eastwood we deal with; but I doubt. Anyway, this little programmer is rather flat, boring, tepid at the most. A story about jewel robbery, detective who tracks the robber, some gals and lots of talk, talk, talk...Good atmosphere although, typically British. But besides this, nothing special to point out. I saw better Edgard Wallace episodes. Yes, Sir. Just watch my comments about them.
Don't know the filmmaker. There were many of them in the early sixties. I guess they made TV shows in the years following.
