Trivia

The apartment that House and Foreman visit in the three days earlier scene is the same one from Pulp Fiction that Jules and Vincent visit where they meet Marvin. All the furniture is the same.
In homage to another famous detective, criminal rather than medical, House's ID that he shows to the school's Principal displays his address as 221 Baker Street, Apartment B. Sherlock Holmes' address is famously 221b Baker Street.
House refers to the CEO of the advertisement company as "Don", a reference to Jon Hamm's character in Mad Men.

House: That's what she said! Referencing The Office, where the expression has become the catchphrase of Michael Scott (Steve Carrell). It's an abbreviated version of a similar British phrase, "said the actress to the bishop," and used when referring to a sexual entendre.
