Storyline

Disappointed at Skipper's refusal to allow him to use his explosive talents, Rico begins working for King Julien as a demolitions expert, but the new lack of restraint imposed by the other penguins results in Rico destroying Julien's habitat before he is contained. When Kowalski invents a helmet that turns thoughts into actions - essentially granting the wearer the power of psychokinesis - Julien steals it to use its power for himself, only for the entire zoo to be imperiled when Julien turns the helmet's power up to such an extent that he summons objects to him with mere casual thoughts.
