You knew this was coming, one way or another

Despite it's popularity, the classic 1960's sitcom "Gilligan's Island" was plagued by one nagging question; If the passengers and crew of the S.S. Minnow were only going on a three-hour tour, how did they get so many clothes? The same kind of trappings plagued the writing crew of "Hannah Montana" when it came to hiding Miley Stewart's efforts to conceal her more famous alter ego, and it was just this kind of thing that made me doubt the durability of the series at large. Nevertheless, like Sherwood Schwartz and his people, the staff of "It's a Laugh Productions" can still have fun in spite of the holes. Like the extended episode "He Could Be the One," this has Jason Earles and Moises Aries, doing various musical interludes between scenes, but this time they also include Tammin Sursok, since she played Jackson's girlfriend throughout Season 4.

In this case, there are two aspects of life where being Hannah is interfering with her life; 1)Her love for her guitar player Jesse, and 2)Her effort to get into college after graduating from high school. In the case of Jesse, Miley being Hannah is hardly the bombshell you'd expect it to be, in fact it doesn't even phase him. But that doesn't mean he's having an easy time dealing with it. As for Miley's life, it's her struggle to get into Stanford University with Lilly that is making her life unbearable. She can't even get herself in posing as Hannah and using her as a reference.

It's a known fact that it took a lot to coax Miley Cyrus into doing a fourth season, so you'd have to expect it to end the way it did and serve as the beginning of the end for the series. However, for those who still can't figure out how the episode ends, since the previous IMDb user didn't reveal the ending, I won't either.
