Cartoon Network...WHY?!?, 19 November 2011
Author: tacodog22 from United States

In the 90's/2000's cartoon network has been awesome making creative shows like Dexter's Labrotory and I know this is supposed to be a girls' show but I also liked the Power Puff Girls. But later on shows got worse with some examples like Johnny Test, Secret Mountain Fort Awesome, and the Problem Solvers and well all these shows are ungodly horrible but I absolutely hate it. But probably the worst is the TV series, MAD. Wow. Why did they make this? This is the most unfunny TV shows I've ever seen. It tries to be funny but it just isn't. It actually tries to hard. It continuously copies Robot Chicken and sometimes that are even swears. For crying out loud this is cartoon network. After seeing an ad I thought that it was going to be good. Making a show based off the Mad magazine was just genius. After waiting a month I finally saw it and did they wait pay off? NO!!! What did they do? I hate how they will just make fun of anything by just taking the name of a movie or show and then changing it slightly. Like "Never Say Never Unless You have to" or "CSiCarly." It's just forgettable and stupid. And also how they make fun of the same thing over and over and over. Especially Twilight. Come on just leave it alone. We don't care that it's boring and crappy but it's just been made fun of so many times that it kinda gets annoying. In one episode it has Jack Sparrow in it (and they have done that before) and then it shows Willy Wonka. Does WWilly Wonka have anything to do with the episode or is it supposed to be a cleverly funny joke. Nope it's just another crappy joke. Is it because Johnny Depp plays both characters. It's like if Johnny Depp didn't play Willy Wonka and they just brought in Ed Wood. I hate how they keep using the same voices over and over. Why don't they get anyone else. And the voices sound nothing like the actually actors. I know this is supposed to be a joke but I just have to point this out. In one episode a guy is squeezing on a pimple. It is just very disgusting but when he pops it a ton of puss comes out and then eternal organs and bones come out and then he finally drowns in his own puss and dies. Funny? No. Disturbing and Unfunny? Yes. I mean this is a guy with pimples and acne so you think he's like 15/16 years old and he dies by drowning in his own puss? That's disgusting. What were you thinking. You know. I can live with Johnny Test. (okay maybe not) I can live with the Problem Solvers. I can live with freaking Secret Mountain Fort Awesome. But this show is just horrible.
