During a marksmanship test, the task is to hit four small targets (numbered 1 through 4) that retract when hit. Donna calls out the sequence for the shooter beforehand. Before Spike shoots, she calls out 3,1,3,2. That's an impossible sequence, as he would have to shoot the same target twice.
