A woman wears a bikini at a cage-fighting event. Derogatory sexual comments are made.

After the cage fighting scene, the fighter goes home with his target and she is blunt as to what she wants. She strips down to a revealing lingerie. A minute later there is another sex scene involving Alex Cross' partner, but it is brief. The scene is introduced with the sounds of sex. The woman's bare shoulders to just above her breasts are seen.

Characters are frequently shot, beaten, punched and threatened. During a cage fight a mans arm is broken after a serious battle. A man injects a paralyzing drug in a womans neck. A man catches on fire from a stove. Bloody injuries and surroundings are depicted along with numerous dead bodies. A man sets off several explosions in and outside of office buildings. Picasso is a vicious, psychotic serial killer that utilizes his Special Forces training to brutally beat a female police detective to death, shooting and killing a police detective's wife when she and her husband are out having dinner, and sadistically torturing a female businesswoman to death by cutting off each and every one of her fingers in order to find out the password of her computer.
