Rose Kennedy (credit only)
Frank Moore ...
John Robinson ...

During the presidential campaign, Joe enlisted the support of Chicago's mob king Sam Giancana and somehow let mediating singer Frank Sinatra promise their administration would go easy on organized crime. Since Bobby supports the FBI program to fight at instead, it's war. Evidence of Joe's mob-contacts finally causes him to step back from the White House completely to avoid a scandal. The Kennedy's don't fall for the lousy military advice to risk a war for the Berlin Wall, rather making it into the hated face of communism. JFK and Jackie are popular but overworked and suffer health problems, for which they come to rely on Dr. Max Jacobson's dodgy injections. Written by KGF Vissers

Did You Know?

When the doctor is talking to Jack about all the medications he's on in episode 4, he says he's on gabapentin to relax the muscles. It is not a muscle relaxant and did not come to market until 1994. This episode takes place in 1961. He also says "the ritalin isn't helping you sleep either". It's a stimulant it's supposed to keep you awake, not help you sleep. See more »
