Sex & Nudity

This episode features some strong and crude sexual content, like every other typical average Family Guy episode.

Violence & Gore

This episode contains a high level of cartoon comical gory violence. Lots of blood and gore occurs when the two main characters (brutally but somewhat comical) beat up and kill some members of a family.

Some other sequences of comic bloody violence include, when one of the main characters cuts of an elf's arm with a pocket knife, there is not a lot of blood present, but the scene may disturb some viewers.

Some other scenes containing bloody gory violence occur throughout this episode.

Profanity

At least two-three uses of "fuck", on it's TV airing, all the stronger language is bleeped out and censored.

Some milder language occurs throughout this episode. Including "bastard".

In the uncensored version, Peter tells Brain to suck his dick.

In the uncensored version, Stewie calls Brain a queer and he retorts with "look who's talking".

One character mentions the word "pot" as a reference to marijuana. Some references to drinking alcohol.

Lois says she wants to be in Mexico with some black men and flow. Flow is (I guess) cocaine. The use isn't seen, but using it is implied.

The scenes listed above in the "Violence & Gore" section may frighten or disturb some viewers.

The song "Christmastime is Killing Us" is very disturbing. The ending of the song has a mass elf suicide too.
