Simply incredible.

The latest and greatest Twisted Metal is certainly not worthy of a 7.0/10. Anyone giving the game that score either never gave it a chance, didn't understand where it was coming from, or just found it so 'different' from what's offered today that they can't wrap their heads around it. The fact remains that this is a deeply thoughtful, very well designed game that brings out the best that Twisted Metal has to offer, if only one takes the time to gain proficiency with the game. Just a few online matches after getting the hang of the controls (on a car of your choice - one of the most difficult aspects is how every vehicle handles *drastically* differently now) and you'll see what I mean. This entry is primarily a multiplayer game - so give it a shot, even if you don't like multiplayer! Rank up, and play online for more than just an hour to actually get it!
