The movie does not shy away from sex or nudity, so this is not a complete list of all instances.

When Molly is possessed (which happens more and more over the last half of the film), she walks around the house stark naked, with her bare behind most prominently featured. She also becomes sexually depraved, which means she does things like seducing the pastor who married her and her husband by simply stepping out of the house stark naked in the rain when his car pulls up (full frontal nudity).

Most graphic sex scene: Tim is cooking breakfast and she walks into the kitchen and is aggressively is all over him, rather abruptly). They both hastily strip and have naked sex on on the kitchen floor, worktop etc. Molly is stark naked during the scene and is very loud and enthusiastic.

Full frontal nudity of a female character- not a quick flash, either. No visible male nudity.

It looks as if Molly is raped by a ghost in a hall way at work, as shown by one of the security cameras

A woman discovers a recently-deceased deer that died caught in a barbed-wire fence (this is filmed in 'night vision, using a handheld cam, so it's not especially graphic.

Most of the violent/gory content isn't shown until the last third or so of the film, but then it does get pretty bloody and escalates.

A little girl's dead body is seen being dug up by police/rescue teams. Not graphic, but intense as her mother is on the scene and goes into weeping hysterics when she sees her daughter is dead, rescue workers have to help her from collapsing as she screams in grief.

A man is shown naked, bloody, and very dead in a bathtub. He's covered with deep human bite marks to his face, arms, legs, very graphic. Later someone films him (with the lights on) with a handheld cam, including close-ups of his wounds and also his bloody fingernails, that appear to have hair matted under them (from fighting back his attacker). Someone tilts his head forward to reveal he has had a large screwdriver stuck in the back of his head.

A man is knocked out with a baseball bat to the back of his head, with bloody results (he is dragged through the house and his head injury leaves a trail of blood). While still conscious, he is then rolled down a flight of steps. Soon after someone flips him over and then slowly drives the screwdriver from the previous scene into the wound on the back of his head, killing him.

A couple french-kisses, after about 30 seconds the woman bites the man's lips very hard, he bleeds, screams in pain, and finally manages to pull away. Both of their mouths and chins are smeared with blood. The man goes to the emergency room to get stitches (offscreen) and is later seen with two small bandages covering the stitches.

Occasional minor profanities - shit and ass.

Three religious blasphemies - G*ddamn and J**** C*****.

But approximately 40 uses of the f-word or one of its derivatives.

A character who is a recovering heroin addict is seen relapsing, getting out their heroin 'kit' (with spoon, rubber tubing, needle, etc). We see that character prepare to shoot heroin into their arm, then cut to a scene later where the character is obviously strung out and high. We see the kit more than once, and in one scene we do see the whole process of tying off the arm and actually injecting the heroin, the character moans and slumps back in their chair, nodding out with tubing loosened slightly and the needle still in the person's arm.

A character smokes a joint at a party and shares one hit with another character.

Heavy cigarette smoking by at least one major character throughout the second half of the movie.

A woman takes RX sleeping medication (that a doctor legally prescribed, due to her insomnia) in one instance.

Due to the graphic sexual content and violence this film is probably suitable for people over the age 16 - 18

MPAA:
Rated R for strong disturbing violence and grisly images, some graphic sexual content and nudity, drug use and language
