"Arrested Development" is finally back in our lives after seven years off the air.
And in that time, the dysfunctional Bluth family missed out some pretty significant moments, from Barack Obama getting elected to a bevy of social media platforms launching, beloved TV shows signing on and off to serious solar system developments. Plus, there have been plenty of reality stars in between, ripe for the mocking.
Below, HuffPost TV rounded up 28 events that mattered between "Arrested Development's" original run, which ended on February 10, 2006, and the show's revival on Netflix, which kicked off May 26, 2013.

Thank goodness! After Justin collapsed on stage on March 7 during his concert, he returned to the stage at the 02 Arena in London on March 8!
During a pretty physical performance in London on March 7, Justin Bieber began having “breathing problems” and fainted on the stage. He immediately saw a medic backstage, but against doctor’s recommendations he finished the show. After the show was over, he rushed to the hospital and was released a few hours later.
Justin already seemed to be doing better later that night when he tweeted, “Getting better. thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight. best fans in the world. figuring out what happened. thanks for the love.”
The next morning, he assured his fans he’d return to the stage by writing, “Night 4. O2. London. #BELIEVEtour”

After revealing that she has terminal brain cancer, the ‘Rhoda’ star will appear on ‘The Doctors’ to discuss her diagnosis.
Valerie Harper, 73, shocked everyone when she revealed on March 6 that she had been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. The iconic TV actress continues to be open about her diagnosis and will appear on The Doctors on March 11 to further discuss her cancer.
Valerie will sit down with the show’s doctors Travis Stork, Lisa Masterson, and Andrew Ordon, along with her own team of doctors to examine her diagnosis of brain cancer. Valerie’s story will fill the entire hour of the talk show and will feature surprise appearances by former co-stars Ed Asner and Cloris Leachman.

MTV is developing a project from the comic team of Dana Min Goodman and Julia Wolov. The show, a female buddy comedy set in high school, continues the duo’s relationship with MTV where they wrote for the animated series Good Vibes. The writing team, who got their break after being discovered by Adam Sandler at the Aspen Comedy Festival, previously sold scripts to Lifetime and Oxygen, and headlined a pilot produced for the WB in 2004.
