Storyline

Already celebrating his impending lucrative contract as professional quarterback in the insanely expensive Miami club The Dorset, hunky college star Brady Jensen got drunk in his cabana with his new agent Chip Ford and waitress-temptress Kristen Banks, who is found drowned in a fountain. Pressured, her colleague Sarah Walker admits manager Amanda made them take compromising pictures. Brady is arrested in a heroic pursuit, but fancy forensics set the team of a more elaborate plot. For one thing, Kirsten drowned not in water but a rare bottle of champagne ordered by tycoon Richard Ellison. Erica Sykes' sleazy reporting comes a price. Written by KGF Vissers

Goofs

When the victim's mobile phone was found in the pool, Boa Vista uses the hand dryer in the ladies restroom to dry out the phone so they could turn it back on. However, all she does is hold the phone under the hand dryer for a few minutes. Doing so would not, in any way, remove the water from inside the phone. It would merely dry the outside casing. Sleazy People

Wow, I wonder if any top college draft picks watched this show. If they did, they were reminded to behave themselves or they could have their name dragged through the mud and lose millions of dollars by being drafted much lower than anticipated.

Here, the college quarterback, who seems pretty straight-laced, does have a fling with a "bottle girl" at a swanky nightclub. Somehow the girls winds up dead and the QB has some explaining to do, especially after a long foot-chase in the opening scene.

You know right from the start, however, he's innocent but who is guilty? It comes down to several people, all of whom appear like low-lifes. The victim appears to have drowned but we learn there is a lot more to it than that.

Zane Holtz is so-so as college star, "Brad Jensen" and Glenn Fitzgerald is a little over-the-top as his agent "Chip Ford." Most of the characters in this story are sleazy. The episode but decent but a little unpleasant at times to enjoy.
