Granny did it

Warning: Spoilers
Geno (Forris Day Jr.) dislikes his family outside of his wife. When his evil grandmother dies, he goes to the funeral party. Then follows a series of killings that center around Geno's family, with granny being the killer, or at least someone dressed as granny. Springfield, Massachusetts will never be the same with the loss of all of those Mass-holes. You get a hint at the family secret in the opening scene or if you happen to gaze at promo poster. Not too hard to figure out.

The film suffered from all kinds of low budget aspects: bad acting, bad script, adolescent dialogue, bad hollow indoor sound, bad soundtrack piano riffs, bad camera angles, shadows appearing, bad casting- father shouldn't look younger than son. And it wasn't entertaining. Forris Day Jr. could not carry the film.

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity. Part of "The Scared Stiff Collection Volume 1" For a good laugh, this is the story line at IMDb: "Family Secret is a thriller/mystery, bringing forth a memorable killer (The granny killer), and a cast of established and talented actors. We believe it to be the future of horror and the movie will speak for itself when and if it gets the chance to be viewed. It features great music and surprise after surprise, leading to a memorable ending. Ask yourself: Are you ready for the FAMILY SECRET? Some secrets you take to the grave. Written by Anonymous"
