Storyline

After the disastrous weekend, Tom keeps his suitcase packed to spend time apart in a company flat. Bree can't resists visiting cop lover Chuck Vance's wife's horribly tacky boutique with Renee, intending to speed up the divorce settlement by spending well, but betrays she's his mistress, with the inverse effect. Renee ignores her ex Doug's call assuming his latest floozy dumped him, but when the gay couple hears on sports channel he'll remarry, she throws herself on the barman, a commercial actor. Having recognized her sexually abusive stepfather Alejandro, whom she believed dead, Gaby takes him to the woods at gun point, then tells him to stay away forever. But he reappears at the walking dinner for Susan's return, which also misses its main course due to Chuck's first sex with Bree. Carlos intended just to knock him out, but the blow is fatal and several guests see them with the corpse. Written by KGF Vissers

The Seventh Season Ends
21 September 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Come on Over for Dinner is the final episode of the seventh season. In it,Mike and Susan move back to Wisteria Lane.Upon their return, their friends and neighbors decide to host a dinner party to celebrate their return.Lynette becomes concerned as her husband gets packed and might probably miss him a lot after he leaves her. Bree visits Chuck's wife at a boutique. Finally,Gabrielle confronts her stepfather.

Well,it was nice to see Susan back at the neighborhood. With the dinner hosted for them,it was nice to see old regulars back in the show. Also,it was nice to see Bree now have a new boyfriend with Chuck.Apparently, that finding a new love was her storyline for the seventh season. It was also nice to see them make love for the first time.As for Gabrielle, her storyline was the best.I felt that she basically stole the show for this season. As for Renee,it was a very unstable storyline as she was missing in some episodes and she wasn't really a main character in the show.Nevertheless, she provided a lot of comic relief throughout the season.Great job by Vanessa Williams. Finally,it was not good at all to see Lynette and Tom separate.I just hope that things become better for them next season.
