Okay revenge saga
Far better than his current videos, Francois Clousot's "Payback" for Sin City suffers mainly from a visual affectation wherein the cameraman/director repeatedly favors backlit, soft focus shots that obfuscates the action and even the sex action.
It's a rather strange fantasy story penned by the wonderful Melissa Monet, in which a truly rotten guy (Steven St. Croix, underplaying his nastiness very well) is killed and comes back to life as a woman for a brief period meant to permit him to atone. He doesn't, and instead kills everyone he holds responsible for his demise.
The transformation of St. Croix into Brittney Skye is a rather odd conceit, but Skye is quite effective in a fine acting role, departing from her usual gonzo sex work. Casting of the other femmes is excellent, including Sin City regulars Hannah Harper and Aurora Snow. Even Evan Stone is on his best behavior, underplaying in a good guy role as one of St. Croix's many adversaries.
