The first time that came to my mind while I was seeing this episode was the famous Harry Potter saga, as this episode were some kind of homage/parody. (I am not complaining about that, I just want to point out that) Anyway, the result was pretty good and effective, with many funny gags, and entertaining plot, interesting characters and the bizarre touch that made like this series so much.
In my opinion, this episode was one of the best moments from the first season. Like "Dungeon" was an effective parody of several of the common archetypes present in the fantasy genre, resulting in a chapter very enjoyable to watch.
