Adventure Time goes "Dungeons and Dragons"
22 July 2012 | by (Peru) – See all my reviews

This was an excellent episode, easily one of the most entertaining in the entire "Adventure Time" series.

Basically, it is a parody of the common archetypes from fantasy role-playing games (Specially the archetypes from "Dungeons and Dragons" as the episode title suggest)with Finn having to face many strange monsters as his enemies in this chapter.

The result is something incredibly funny and highly enjoyable to watch, being a effective parody of the genre without falling in the most common stereotypes or clichés.

Definitely one of the strongest episodes from the first season, and one of the best chapters from the whole series.
