Judge Vince McMahon presides over The Trial of Eric Bischoff, as various WWE Superstars offer their thoughts on whether or not the WWE Raw General Manager should keep his job, and more
Did You Know?
The episode centered around the Trial of Eric Bischoff, with Vince McMahon as the judge, Mick Foley as the prosecutor, commentator Jonathan Coachman as Bischoff's "lawyer," and Chris Masters as the bailiff. The show started with Vince McMahon driving into the arena in a garbage truck, saying that he would "take out the trash." The week before, Vince had given Bischoff one more chance. Bischoff had made as the main event John Cena
vs. Kurt Angle vs. Chris Masters in a Triple Threat Submission Match, on the premise that Cena was at a disadvantage as he was the only one without a signature submission hold, as Angle had the Ankle Lock and Masters had his overblown Full Nelson the Masterlock. Cena won the match by forcing Masters to tap out to an STF (Stepover Toehold with Facelock), which commentator Joey Styles named the "STFU," after Cena's Fireman's Carry Slam finishing move which at the time was called the FU. The camera then cut to a scene of Vince McMahon and his son Shane watching the match, with Vince saying that it was "time to take out the trash." See more
