I really enjoyed Eric Balfour's telling of the haunted hotel & subsequent ghostly happenings. I thought his delivery of the story was very natural & I couldn't really tell if he was reading a script or if he had memorized the entire piece. It didn't seem to be a script but I find it hard to believe that it just came out as an "off the top of his head type" of monologue.
The entire story really flowed well & while I'm not sure if the story is really true or not, his delivery is very believable. Is this a real hotel & is there a chance that Eric will describe another ghostly place in Hollywood? I really hope so as he appears to be a naturally born storyteller and there was no stretching on his part to convince me that the events really happened.
