Storyline

This episode, narrated by Jay Thomas, is mostly a collection of ghost experiences told by volunteers who work on the USS Hornet museum ship in Alameda, California. It mentions the history of the USS Hornet, from its battles in World War II until picking up the Apollo Astronauts returning from the moon and speculates whether its former World War II Admiral, J. J. Clarke, could be haunting the ship. Oriented towards children, perhaps its strongest message is in it's ending: that duty and honor never die, but are still alive in the patriotic ghosts of the USS Hornet. Written by Pamela Heath
