I continue to find Vance to be an annoyance. He does not compliment the shows excellent plots. Vance just seems to be added as an irritant and the character does not follow logical progression into the team. He needs to be replaced. Perhaps he could be shipped off to NCIS Los Angeles? This would allow a new opening in the shows cast. The antagonists in the show must continue to be the "Bad Guys" not the main characters. We viewers must have the luxury of knowing that, the unlikable characters will soon be gone,if not this episode then the next. Development of both McGee's and Tony's personal life would be a good direction to take.They both would have some friends outside work who could make return appearances.This is the finest drama on television in my opinion. I personally want it to continue at that caliber.
