The hookah on Gale's coffee table is setup incorrectly when his body is first discovered by the neighbors. In the same scene when Victor arrives and inspects the body briefly, the above shot of the room and Gale's body shows the hookah correctly assembled. In the last scene the hookah is also correctly assembled, but the hose is placed differently than it was in the previously mentioned scene, possibly due to the investigation.

After Victor's murder by Gus, Walt & Jesse are in Denny's Restaurant. The waitress brings Jesse's meal and the pot of cream(?) moves across the table between shots. The napkin around Walt's cutlery is wrapped tight then unraveled then tight again. The intensity and direction of the sunlight changes.

When Jesse and Walt are at a restaurant and Jesse is eating something, while the camera sees them both from side of the table (Jesse's right side), his knife and fork are leaned to his plate. He takes the knife to his right hand and his left hand is visible and stable. After the momentary angle change, Jesse is holding the fork in his left hand.

Revealing mistakes

When Hank is on his computer, he appears to be bidding on an online auction website, yet the URL in the address bar clearly shows a local Windows desktop path.

Hank will be trying to buy minerals from a website called "MineralEmporium.com". But the URL of the browser Hank is using shows a local desktop path "C:\Users\Mad Props\Desktop\Mineral Emporium screen\ebay hero.html". The tech team couldn't even host a local server or what, given the super hd quality content reveals very minutest of things.
