Aside from a couple blunders, this is best episode of Raw since the three hour draft special.
Randy Orton Vs Edge vs Chris Jericho. Crowd is red-hot for Orton, erupting whenever he hit an offensive maneuver. If it wasn't for the annoying commercial breaks, this would be a 4 star match, perhaps even better. For once it was great to see a match instead of an annoying Cena and Nexus promo to start the show. Randy Orton gives double RKO'S to Edge and Jericho to pick up the victory.

Edge is back in the ring, and demands Jericho comes out. Jericho is now here. Edge says it's gone on far too long, and 11 years is enough. He asks how many Championships have they cost each other, it has to end tonight. Chris says for the 1st time in 11 years, he agrees with him. Basically they argue about who would have Nexus's services more, before they come out. Nexus says both men have good points, but Edge and Jericho both get decimated by them. Edge and Jericho were gold on the Mic, and Nexus was smartly established properly here, unlike past week's.
Cena tells Nexus he'd like to meet them in the ring next week, and if you can' beat them.... Nice tease to the crowd here. A Cena heel turn would do him and the company wonders in my opinion.
Eve Vs Maryse. Maryse looks hot, that's the only compliment I can give this match. Sloppy and thankfully short, with the referee idiotically not realizing Marye's foot was on the ropes.
Sheamus is gracing us with his presence. He said the 1st time he beat Cena, it was considered a fluke. The second time was luck. But the third time was dominance. He says Cena will go back to the line, and he won't be getting another championship match, anytime soon. Sheamus tells us he went into the back with Wade Barrett, and demanded a truce. He explained that one year ago, no one had even heard of Sheamus or Nexus. But like it or not, they are the two most powerful entities in the entire WWE. They don't have to like each other, but stay out of each other's business. Sheamus says he will soon become the longest reigning WWE Champion of all time. Miz is out. Miz says Sheamus doesn't control the fate of the WWE Championship, Miz does. He says he can cash in anytime he wants, and every time Sheamus is out, he will be watching. Miz hilariously mocks Sheamus's accent and says he will cash in anytime he wants. He says every breath Sheamus takes, every moves he makes, he'll be watching him|Brilliant Police reference| he's the celebrity stalker.
Excellent stuff here. Sheamus is turning out to be a quality main-event heel, and the sky is the limit for Miz's potential, his Mic work here consisted of utter brilliance!.

Sheamus Vs Evan Bourne. Good main-event man vs underdog match. Nothing groundbreaking, but for the time it got, and what it was I enjoyed it. Sheamus wins. Miz attacks!. He nails Sheamus with the briefcase, and hits the skull crushing finale on the briefcase. The crowd is going bananas!. Truth annoyingly interrupts the proceedings going on, and chases Miz to the back.

The Miz says Truth just cost him the WWE Championship. He had Sheamus unconscious. It would have poetic justice. He says he has an entire year. He says whether it's tomorrow night, or July 17, 2012 he will become WWE Champion, because he's The Miz and he's AWESOME!. Solid stuff from Mizzy here. Personally, now that I think about it, they should build him up more.
Sheamus has Ice on the back of his head, as The Bella's and Gail Kim laugh at him. Randy Orton creeps up. He says it's too bad about what just happened, carrying the belt makes him a target. He says whether its Sheamus or Miz, whoever is champion will be wearing a giant bulls-eye. He's not going to hit that bulls-eye with a spear, an arrow or a bullet, he's gonna hit with an R-K-O. Randy's Tweener character is doing him wonders, crowd is lapping him up.

Santino and Kozlov Vs Willia Regal and Zack Ryder. What a way to slightly tarnish a tremendous show for the most part so far, this boring BS. Boring as one would expect, with Santino and Kozlov doing nothing for my interest. Kozlov and Marella win.
Wade Barrett Vs Mark Henry. Not that great a match, but despite Barrett's stumble, his strength was impressive. Put Wade over, so it did its job.
1 1/2 /5
John Cena is out. Wade says if Cena wants peace, forget about it. He wants Cena to join them, and lead them in the WWE. Cena says he can't do it. Cena says he said he was gonna take Nexus down, either by himself or help. Edge, Jericho, Morrison, R-Truth, and The Great Khali|What a way to ruin a cool moment, he lost all significance long ago| and BRET HART!|Huge return pop| Cool moment, but pointless since he's limited in the ring. Dibiase and Bourne would have been better choices. The faces clear the ring of Nexus.
Bottom line. One of the most encouraging Raw's I've seen in quite a while. Aside from a couple of stupid decisions, the effort was apparent here, and I loved this Raw episode!.
