Storyline
"Buster Jones: The Movie" details the adventures of an African-American minor league basketball star that is also trained in the martial arts. After his cousin Bootsy is murdered by weapons dealers from Asia, Buster finds himself thrown into a turbulent battle with an organized terrorist ring. These pursuits lead Buster to the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles where he finds himself plunged into the ultimate fight to save the fate of the free world. Written by Flax Glor

A cross between Jim Kelly and Dr. J, Buster Jones kicks ass! I caught this at a film festival not long ago and was happy to see it on IMDb. It's a short made like a movie trailer. Apparently, Buster and his detective friend have solved some crimes in the past and are looking for the people who killed "Bootsy". There's Ninja's, pirates, robots, explosions and some one handed hook guy who are all in Buster's way. There's also another one of Buster's friends, Li (a copy of Bruce Lee maybe)who is a kung fu expert. The costumes and the hair styles keep me in stitches! I can't believe this isn't a feature film yet! This is hilarious!
