After Jack escapes the apartment in the car, Alma pulls up and yells at Dylan to never tell her to stay in the car. Dylan then replies "Fine! Now go!" In the reverse angle where Dylan says "Fine!" his jaw doesn't move. Theatrical version only.
At 1:19:00 when Cowan is briefing Evans, Fuller, Rhodes and Dray about the paperwork Rhodes pulled out of the car before it blew up, Cowan mentions the "trigger word". In the very next scene where they are trying to find the safe, Cowan mentions the "trigger word" again, but this time Evans is activated and begins "playing the violin".
When Thaddeus Bradley is explaining to Dylan Rhodes and Alma Dray how he began his career exposing magicians, the camera cuts to Rhodes twice. However, both cuts are exactly the same. All three characters are seated at a table. At different points during the scene, two ladies are seen passing each other on a set of stairs just behind Rhodes' as he tilts his head to listen more intently to Bradley's story. The same cut is used twice.

After arriving at 5 Pointz, someone tries to find the combination for the safe and it is revealed to have had a green handkerchief attached to the rear end. Dylan then pulls on the handkerchief and keeps pulling on it to reveal more colored handkerchiefs until it stops and a timer is heard ticking. When the clicking sound is heard, Dylan is shown holding onto the knot between a purple handkerchief and a blue handkerchief. The shot then cuts to Agent Cowan saying "What is this?", but when the shot cuts back to Dylan, he is suddenly holding the knot between a blue handkerchief and a yellow handkerchief. Then in the next shot, his entire hand is held onto the blue handkerchief.
When Dylan and Alma go to interrogate Daniel, the first shot of Daniel shows him playing with some cards. On the desk is the card box the cards go in. In the next shot, the card box is suddenly in his hand and the cards are suddenly back in the box. Theatrical version only.
In the very first shot of Dylan, he is shown walking out of a casino with an Indian guy. As his phone rings, he says to the man "Hold up here" and he stands still. In the next shot, 360 degree panning shot around Dylan is shown and the Indian guy has suddenly vanished.

When he puts the card back, the paper on top is now facing a 10 o'clock direction without him ever moving it.
When Dylan is shown the interrogation tape of Daniel stealing his phone, the video frame shows no lower than Daniel's belt as he tells them to zoom in tighter. But in a close-up of the video when Dylan says "Tighter" a second time, the video frame now shows almost half of his trousers visible within the video frame.

As Jack shows Dylan the cards (before throwing them at him), Dylan then says "Really?" And we can see there is already a huge red scratch on his cheek, which isn't caused until the cards are thrown. It couldn't have been from when Jack threw the flash paper at Dylan because no scratch mark was visible when that happened.
When Dylan and Alma are on the plane, as the shot pans around to them, Alma has a drink with a stirrer, which is on the edge of the cup. Alma then asks Dylan to pick out a card and put it back in the deck. If you look at Alma's drink, the stirrer is now sticking upwards in the middle of the cup.
When Merritt says to the cheating husband "And if you even see or even think of Janet, you're gonna picture me, naked", there are a few strands of hair along his fringe. Merritt then wakes up the husband's wife and the few strands of hair along his fringe have decreased.

But in a close-up of her arms, she now has her arms extended with them in front of her. She is saying the same line during all of the shots as this happens so it couldn't have had anything to do with several seconds passing between shots.

At Pont des Arts in Paris when Dylan reveals his true self to Alma, the right page shown in the newspaper changes layout and stories. An earlier shot does not show a story about 12-year old Dylan while it's there in the second shot.
There's a space issue with the scenes of the safe in the truck. They show Agent Fuller coming around on the (viewer's) left side of the safe to show the Horsemen video. However, when we first see the safe in the truck, there is absolutely no way a man of Fuller's size can fit in the gap between the safe and truck wall.
When the car crashes on the bridge, it slides against the barrier on the middle of the road and flips over. As it slides, the bus on the next lane is seen to be more ahead of the car. The shot then cuts to Fuller yelling out "Oh, shit!" and it cuts back to he car flipping over. Only now, the bus is suddenly right next to the car, ready to drive past it.
On the bridge, as Dylan and Alma chase Jack, a bus drives in the way of Jack's car. When Jack's car is shown again, a quick shot from the front of the bus is shown. Although the light reflects on the window and we can't see the driver, we can see, just for a moment, that there are hardly any passengers on the bus. Later on, when Thaddeus is explaining how the Horsemen faked Jack's death, Merritt is shown to have been the driver of the bus, and in the passenger seats are dummies, rather than the almost empty bus shown before.
When the car blows up, visible to the right of the car is a tyre that fell off during the crash. The explosion is then seen going over the tyre. When the fire clears the tyre isn't there anymore, but it reappears a few shots later.

A wide shot is then shown and no one is standing beside the pile (Dray is visible, but is almost off the stage).
At the apartment, Dylan takes the Guardians of Horus off Alma and goes to the living room and places it on a table. The scene cuts to Alma sleeping and the scene cuts back to Dylan. In the first shot, his gun is placed next to the book and is facing a 7 o'clock angle and is a few inches away from the edge of the table. In the following shot, the gun is now facing a 12 o'clock direction and on the edge of the desk. Extended version.
As the FBI agents re-watch the interrogation tape, there is a time code on the right hand top corner. When Dylan says "That's where he took my phone", the time code on the top right corner reads 13 minutes and 33 seconds. A member of the audience runs over to the pipe 15 meters away from the tank, runs back to the tank and hits the pipe twice - the timer then shows 55 seconds. Running to get the pipe and return took longer than 6 seconds.
When Dylan, Fuller and Cowan watch the Horsemen's YouTube video, the time on the bar at the bottom of the video reads the clip had been going for 2 minutes and 50 seconds just as Merritt finishes saying "We cannot quit now." The shot cuts to Dylan, Fuller and Cowan and doesn't cut back to the video for a good 5 seconds. But when the shot cuts back, it can be seen only 1 second has passed.
When the audience's account balances start rising, Dylan asks Fuller if it is for real. The scene cuts to Fuller in the van. To the side of him is a woman on a computer. Next to her is another computer that shows green encryption. In a close-up, the encryption is orange, then back to green.

In the 5 Pointz, Queens scene where three of the four horsemen project themselves on the walls of the building, you see a cut to them standing in front of their three cameras. The cameras are pointed closely at their faces and yet you see a complete body shot of each one on the walls.
In the climax, when the 4 horsemen meet the Eye, the order in which they come is (from the left), Death, Hermit, Priestess, Lover. This is the same, as they enter the 'house' as the Eye says "The real magic is taking 4 strong..." But as he continues the line with "solo acts" the camera angle changes, showing Death at the other end, next to Lover, with no time for Death to do so. Also, after Eye says "Welcome to the Eye", Death jumps the gate into the play area, followed by Hermit, as Priestess and Lover goes through the gate. In the next frame, as they all watch Eye, Hermit and Lover are misplaced. This is okay until the Priestess holds her left hand with the right hand of Lover. However, right in the next shot, as Death climbs the 'wheel', Lover is to the right of Priestess, leaving Hermit to Priestess' left hand side, the position same when they entered into the play area.

After hypnotizing the woman in the cafe, Merritt goes over to her husband and begins to mind read him. Merritt begins to say "I'm picturing, don't tell me" and the man replies "Of course." When the man finishes saying "Of course", his head is shifted to the right about 40 degrees, but from the following reverse angle, his head is only shifted about one degree.

In the next shot from further away, the woman in the background is no where to be seen, then when the camera goes back to Merritt and the couple, the woman is there again. The further away shot had nothing with the camera angles.

After Fuller yells out "Dylan" after spitting out a wet cloth forced into his mouth, a shot of the sink is shown and the utensil holder has suddenly shifted slightly to the right. Fuller couldn't have moved it since his arms were stuck in his jacket and his jacket was stuck inside the garbage disposal.
During the fight at the apartment, Jack grabs Dylan's gun with a belt and throws them at Agent Fuller, trapped in the sink's garbage disposal. Daniel finds his card. In a close-up of the card, he has his 4th finger placed on the side of the card, his thumb placed on the bottom of the card and the other three fingers hanging freely. Yet in a reverse angle of the card where the camera is in front of Daniel, he has all five fingers placed on the left side of the card.

(In fact, a commercially available brand of playing cards is made in real life that can be used underwater.)
While it's possible to project a "hollow" effect on the side of a building, it must be carefully calculated to account for the viewer's position, and only works while the viewer is in that spot. If the viewer is in wrong position, the perspective of the projection and the shape of the building no longer match and the illusion is broken. Yet in the final trick, the "hollow building" effect is seen from above, below, in front, left, and right, simultaneously, and moves with the movie camera. The audience would only see a weird, skewed image of the building.
(at around 1hr 23mins) Projections are made onto the side of a building. This is onto walls heavily covered with graffiti, and lots of windows. Yet the projections appear as if they are onto a clean white surface, not the actual walls and windows.
