Henley Reeves (Isla Fisher), after magically coming out from the piranha tank, celebrates with the audience by giving a high-five to a few people. But she misses the last high-five.
(at around 58 mins) "He's heading south on Exchange Place". The windows on the left indicate this scene is at the corner of Bienville Street and Exhange Place. So they are heading North, not South.

Continuity

In the FBI office, the clock on the wall goes from 11:17 to 11:27 and then back to 11:17.
(at around 28 mins) When the cop pulls Daniel Atlas's neck, Atlas's right handcuff becomes undone. Then, in the next shot, it is back on correctly.
At 1:19:00 when Cowan is briefing Evans, Fuller, Rhodes and Dray about the paperwork Rhodes pulled out of the car before it blew up, Cowan mentions the "trigger word". In the very next scene where they are trying to find the safe, Cowan mentions the "trigger word" again, but this time Evans is activated and begins "playing the violin".
When Alma Dray is first seen, her hair is in a bun. When she walks into the next room, her hair is in a ponytail.
Near the beginning of the movie Thaddeus says that Lionel Shrike died in his steel safe in the East River. However the newspaper article towards the end of the movie says that Shrike died in the Hudson River.
When Thaddeus Bradley is explaining to Dylan Rhodes and Alma Dray how he began his career exposing magicians, the camera cuts to Rhodes twice. However, both cuts are exactly the same. All three characters are seated at a table. At different points during the scene, two ladies are seen passing each other on a set of stairs just behind Rhodes' as he tilts his head to listen more intently to Bradley's story. The same cut is used twice.
In the scene where Dylan is chasing Jack, Thaddeus is watching from a 2007-2009 Range Rover. At the end when he finds it in a parking garage it is a 2010-2012 Range Rover.
When Thaddeus comes to wish everyone good luck, Merritt stands to do a quick reading on Thaddeus. You can see Jack in the background changing his position. Switching the camera to Thaddeus and back to Merritt, you see Jack change his position again.
When "Danny" and Henley meet outside the building which they were invited to, Danny takes Henley's invitation card out of her hand and throws it on the ground. But when they are inside she has it. She was not seen picking it up.

Miscellaneous

15 minutes in - everyone got a card.

Danny goes 'Henley - you got a card too' ?

HER card was in the fish tank - she holds it up and it looks like it never floated around in ANY fish tank - card is pristine -

Poor oversight - card should have been water logged- damaged.

Revealing mistakes

While it's possible to project a "hollow" effect on the side of a building, it must be carefully calculated to account for the viewer's position, and only works while the viewer is in that spot. If the viewer is in wrong position, the perspective of the projection and the shape of the building no longer match and the illusion is broken. Yet in the final trick, the "hollow building" effect is seen from above, below, in front, left, and right, simultaneously, and moves with the movie camera. The audience would only see a weird, skewed image of the building.

(at around 1hr 23mins) Projections are made onto the side of a building. This is onto walls heavily covered with graffiti, and lots of windows. Yet the projections appear as if they are onto a clean white surface, not the actual walls and windows.

Spoilers

The goof items below may give away important plot points.

Continuity

During the car chase, Jack's car flips over and stops right side up. The camera then cuts to Alma and Dylan, then back to Jack's car which is still rolling and stops upside down.

Errors in geography

The keys shown at the bottom of the Seine at the end of the film consist largely of American "kwikset" house keys as opposed to the European padlock keys that they should be.
