Storyline
After being suspended for some of their usual off the cuff not really by the book police work, Dan sets up a sting with some money he "borrowed" from the Dallas Police Narcotics Division. Unbeknowst to Jack and Dan this money is later used to finance a prison break, which Jack and Dan must stop before the prisoners escape and the Chief finds out. Written by

Another chapter in the thrilling saga of "Dan Stark goes mildly insane, and the people around him have to clean up the mess."
During our heroes' department-imposed "vacation" (in reality a suspension for Stark commandeering a car while blinded by pepper spray and causing thousands in damages), two Georgians (one from Russia, the other from Atlanta) bribe a prison warden to break their musclebound comrade out of the joint. Meanwhile, Dan "borrows" fifty thousand form Narcotics to set up a sting to bust a loan shark who's threatening Julius (RonReaco Lee).
Naturally, Dan loses the money, forcing Jack to put his career on the line (again) to help get it back. On top of that, everyone around him is giving him grief for not keeping his partner in line (can't help but feel sorry for the guy). Without badges or guns, Jack and Dan are tasked with getting back the missing sting money and subduing the hulking behemoth of an escaped con (resulting in a hilarious weaponless showdown set to Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger").
RonReaco Lee is funnier than ever as the stressed-out Julius, while Whitford goes for broke doing a dialogue scene with crossed-eyes (post- pepper spray, which truly is hilarious). And one of the show's best car chases is right here, between Bailey & Stark, and Lang & Hodges.
