Storyline

PENDULUM SWINGS follows a man into a dark place in his life - a place at which he arrives through a combination of bad decisions and forces beyond his control. When he finally hits bottom, he is presented with an opportunity to climb out of his despair with a helping hand from a small number of people who could have chosen to judge him or write him off, but choose instead to offer compassion and grace. A great family movie that shows perseverance
17 August 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Pendelum Swings is a movie about a real person and the blows that life can swing at you. It also shows very opposite ways a person can handle those things. What a great message it sends. This movie, from what I understand, was produced with very little funding but that does not take away from the important aspects of the movie. Many people volunteered their time, locations and props to make this movie with the hopes that it would encourage others who have or will deal with life's many challenges. I very highly recommend if you get a chance to see this movie, then you need to do so. You will laugh and cry but you will be encouraged.
