Story of a ruthless man

The story begins with two partners arguing about business. One of them tells the other guy he's going to jail because he's a crook, an embezzler. Forget the partnership. The following is not hard to guess. The accused has to find a way to prevent his former Partner to go to Washington DC, before the investigation board...Follow me?

He rapidly finds a solution to his problem. He will have to plan everything to the very last detail. He will use his secretary, a beautiful Young gal. But the female doesn't suspect anything of the purpose of all this, from her boss...

A truly effective crime flick, classical, a little predictable but I repeat entertaining enough to keep you glued to the TV set screen.
