Storyline

Vic 'The Egg' Cotroni, the Montreal Mafia's master architect of corruption, blackmail and terror; a man whose coercive power held sway over politicians, police and reporters, creating an impenetrable shield for his many criminal interests for over 40 years. From street enforcer to 'made man' to the city's boss under New York's vaunted Bonanno family, Vic will consolidate what the French Surete describe as "one of the most depraved cities in the world" under one rule.
