This SVU episode opens with an arrest of a serial rapist by a uniform officer on patrol in Central Park. It was really quite the collar and enough to really set a young cop on a terrific career path. After getting young Graham Davie to fill out his paperwork to their chagrin everyone from Captain Cragen on down finds there is no officer Fletcher at the 27th or any other precinct.
Which throws ADA Sharon Stone's case in a tizzy, she can arrest perpetrator Raphael Sbarge if the wannabe cop signs a citizen's complaint. So the SVU squad has to both find the pretender and further investigate the rape.
Davie turns out to be in high school and Sbarge and his father Raymond J. Barry have some interesting father and son activities that pertain to the charges Sbarge is facing now. Barry becomes a crusade for Christopher Meloni in terms of nailing him on something, anything.
Still you have to love young Davie for his innocence and naiveté for what he's done.
